DESCRIPTION:Rooted in Motherhood is a three-part ceremonial series designed to hold mothers in a space of love\, connection\, and self-trust. Across three monthly gatherings at Forme Studio\, Cullercoats\, we will explore identity\, release old patterns\, and reconnect with your body\, heart\, and mind.  \nEach session includes:  \n\nCacao ceremony – a gentle\, guided journey focused on motherhood \nMovement medicine – to release stagnant energy and emotions \nRestorative relaxation practices – to calm the nervous system \nOpen reflection and discussion – sharing with like-minded mothers \n\nWe’ll explore themes of Maiden to Mother\, Cycle Breaking\, and Reparenting Yourself\, creating space for healing and growth both in motherhood and in your relationship with yourself.  \nBetween sessions\, a private WhatsApp group for 8 women provides weekly support\, helping you integrate the work into daily life and parenting.  \nI hold a Master’s in Psychology\, specialising in maternal well-being\, and I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work. I am ethical in practice\, guided by psychology and spirituality\, and I lead these circles from the heart — creating an intentional\, safe space for mothers to reconnect\, restore\, and evolve. \nThis series is educational and reflective in nature and is not a replacement for therapy.
