SUMMARY:Rooted In Motherhood Series
DESCRIPTION:Rooted in Motherhood is a three-part ceremonial series designed to hold mothers in a space of love\, connection\, and self-trust. Across three monthly gatherings at Oxygenic we will explore identity\, release old patterns\, and reconnect with your body\, heart\, and mind. \nEach session includes: \n\nCacao ceremony – a gentle\, guided journey focused on motherhood\nMovement medicine and restorative breathwork – to release stagnant energy and emotions\nRestorative healing journey – Focused on the theme and energy of the group\nOpen reflection and discussion – optional sharing with like-minded mothers\n\nWe’ll explore themes of Maiden to Mother\, Cycle Breaking\, and Reparenting Yourself\, creating space for healing and growth both in motherhood and your relationship to yourself. \nBetween sessions\, a private WhatsApp group for 8 women provides weekly support\, helping you integrate the work into daily life and parenting. I have also lovingly crafted a booklet to support the Rooted In Motherhood series. \nI hold a Master’s in Psychology\, specialising in maternal well-being\, and I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work. I am ethical in practice\, guided by psychology and spirituality\, and I lead these circles from the heart — creating an intentional\, safe space for mothers to reconnect\, restore\, and evolve. \nThis series is educational and reflective in nature and is not a replacement for therapy. It is designed to support self-awareness\, integration\, and emotional wellbeing in motherhood. \nInvestment & Details: \n\nInvestment: £95 (payable in instalments of £32.50\, first one due 1st September reach out to Jec to arrange this payment) or pay in full via website\, purchasing an event ticket below.\nThere are lower-priced tickets available for women on maternity leave or low income.\nDates & Time:\nSundays 27th September\, 25th October\, 29th November | 10:30–12:30\nLocation: Oxygenic \, Whitley Bay\n\nIf this series is calling to you — whether as a quiet pull or a clear yes — you’re lovingly invited to join. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate.
