The Mothers’ Space: November 26th: 2 for 1 tickets / Bring a friend

The Mothers’ Space is a chance for you to put down the to-do list and unplug from the overwhelm that we can experience, as mothers.

Jec will be guiding a beautiful healing journey, supported by Ceremonial Cacao, a gentle heart-opening plant medicine. Each session will be themed around a different aspect of motherhood.

What to expect

• Opening meditation & visualisation
• Gentle movement to release tension in the body
• Ceremonial Cacao
• Reflective Journaling practice
• Guided healing & relaxation journey

Ceremonial Cacao is suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding, a lower dose will be prepared for you. Herbal tea can also be prepared, as an alternative.
What to bring 

An open mind & heart, a pen and paper or a journal, anything that you would like to bring for the ceremonial space e.g. a meaningful object or crystals, water for general hydration, wear comfortable clothing.

This is a chance for you to rest, restore and receive, so please leave your little ones at home.
