Before getting involved with health/ wellness i did two degrees: A 1st Batchelors of Science: Psychology, followed by a Masters of Research – both at Leeds Met.
My Masters thesis is “Postpartum women’s reflection on Body Image, Healcare and Maternal Wellbeing”
Following that i’ve been involved in research with the University and recently presented my part of the research at a conference
