This is a healing ceremony, tailored to you.
I help you to facilitate a conscious connection to yourself during the 90 min ceremony.
We can focus on any aspect of your motherhood journey during this session and it is completely guided by you and your needs at the time. You will also learn embodiment practices that you can integrate into your daily life.
These sessions can be held online via Zoom or if you are local to Whitley Bay we can meet at a studio location.
